Crazy as it sounds, they were very helpful. I got transferred around a few times but they got me to the people who could help quickly. Brittany was very kind and helpful and really went above and beyond the call of duty. She even kept me on the line while she looked into my question, so I didn't have to sit on hold. Plus I got a call back from Debbie the next day to follow up.

Waiting on the phone for over an hour each time with no one ever answering, sending emails over & over with no response, when you finally reach someone if you do they are no help.

Legalized extortion at its finest. The worst money hungry scumbags that extorts from hard working citizens without any merit or reasonable cause. 

The health inspectors are the biggest bunch of haters and idiots I've ever seen. $250 fine for a bottle of water for the cooks so they don't die of dehydration. The b*tch tells us to move it on a rack but the next time they pop in....bam! Another $250 fine for putting a bottle of water on the rack. There are no common sense or integrity with these buffoons. They only want your money and will lie to get it.

The business closes due to a fire and the stupid health department decides to send the $250 to a moronic debt company who takes our hard earned money and demands another $250. WTF!  I abhor the scandalous tactics that they use to bully honest hard working people!  I was trying to do the right thing but this is ridiculous. We already paid you, GTFOH. How do these people sleep at night scamming people like that?!

I am struggling just to get my name on my baby's birth certificate, I can't believe how hard it is to register my own child. This people just want their money but they take forever to get things done.
