I came here to exchange my driver license from Oklahoma to Colorado one. I signed in and next minute they called me to do my stuff. I only spent 15mins to finish the whole process including have my portrait taken. Very efficient!!! However, the staff working here don’t want to have eye contact with me. And they speak down all the time. Even though I try to speak to them naturally, they just act like robots. I hope the staff working here can be happier in the future. So that they can give us the real human interactions.

I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. I did not make an appointment, but I did check the website to make sure I had all of the necessary paperwork to transfer my license from Texas. I took a number, sat down, and waited about 15 minutes before my name was called. The gentleman that took my information was polite and knowledgeable. I have no complaints.

Came in to swap an out of state license and was treated like I was second rate. The employees would rather jaw jack then work. There systems were down about a week ago so they sent everyone away and gave us a signed ticket to skip us forward in line when we came back. They did not honor this and made me wait again. Even with the ticket still signed. This place lives up to the reputation the DMV has. Rude, dirty, and not of their word. Worst dmv i have ever seen

I had a very good experience at the Parker DMV. I did not have an appointment. I was transferring my out-of-state license to get a CO license. I was prepared with all of my documents and spent a total of 30 minutes from entering to leaving the building. I interacted with two women and they were both friendly. I received my license in the mail a week later.

I know these are government offices but when is the government going to become more customer service oriented? They are so rude. I would have given zero stars but had to give one in order to post.
