Ask them what charges will be before they do anything to you.  I had nose surgery and the follow-up office visit was included.  Well, come to find out that they can't charge for the office visit, but they sure charge you for any procedure they do.  They looked in my nose for literally 15 seconds and they ended up billing me over $300 after my insurance deduction.  If they had told me me it would cost that much to say "yup, your nose is healing fine" i would not have even wasted mine time going there.  Oh, my surgery was billed at $460 and the "look in the nose procedure" was $40 less.  crazy.

I was referred to Colorado ENT, after being diagnosed with oral cancer. Dr. Knox took my case and after our initial consultation I knew we had found the right doctor... I was terrified and he was very calm and reassuring about the next steps we would be taking together. The next few appointments we had were very positive and my own fears were calmed by the confidence of Dr Knox and his team. The prognosis became better each test we ran and the surgery date was quickly established. Post op care has been amazing and we are on the road to a very exciting future of being cancer free... thank you from the bottom of my heart,  Dr  Knox ...

I would have given 5 stars, but the office staff could be more pleasant, often feeling like an inconvenience when attempting call in or when leaving the office. We see Dr. Pruitt. He has been wonderful. For over a year my daughter has been ill with recurrent tonsillitis. We have been in and out of doctor's office and urgent cares, always with the generic diagnosis of strep and antibiotics ordered. Every office in "awww" at the size of her tonsils. Dr. Pruitt actually listened and did further testing to give a true diagnosis, with a open mind for further testing for allergies once my daughter's tonsils are removed. He did more in 2 visits then a year and half of multiple other physicians and urgent cares.  It is "expensive" due to my high deductible insurance but I am glad I was directed to Colorado ENT.

I have been a patient here for 6 years. I started out with Dr. Davis for my first surgery and due to a change in circumstances switch to Dr Ernster. Both men were and still are wonderful. That is 8 surgeries later. I have nothing but good things to say about them and their office. It is a good place to go and the staff has always been professional and had the greatest courtesy for me even when they are busy. Phone calls are returned in timely manners and their MAs are the best.

Awesome experience, had major chronic sinusitis (15+ years) and a severely deviated septum.  Dr. Galloway and his team quickly evaluated a treatment and surgery plan, set my expectations nicely and over delivered on all counts.  I highly recommend Colorado ENT & Allergy.  I am sending another family member over right away.
