Story

The CMS Film Club's mission is to expand the knowledge and skills of it's members in the art of Filmmaking. Utilizing training sessions and on-going contests, the Club assists students in achieving their creative goals in video pre-production, production, post production, script writing and storytelling. The CMS Film Club welcomes any past or present CMS (OCB) Student to participate in this learning experience.

Great place to network and stuff, Studio equipment is always faulty as well. Would be awesome if there was more studios because they are occupied most of the time. ALL.THE.TIME. like how am i supposed to finish studio work due at the end of the week if there is no studios. Last but not least this school was advertised differently than what it actually is , i was expecting to learn more music,DJ kind of stuff to only be let down, i kinda do feel like im wasting my time and money on this place and unfortunately it was to late for me to leave. But i mean overall its a good learning environment and people here are nice, but maybe this place should just advertise what this school actually so that in the future ppl like me wont enroll. Being here i learned how to advertise, sooo why dont you guys advertise correctly?

Good school. Just stay focus and you'll make it. Spend time there after classes and just practice what they teach. Create your own podcast, radio, tv show, newletter, photo journalist blog, etc. Great opportunities to be creative and find a hidden talent

The school itself and the education is pretty good, but they will screw you out of money through their supposedly "helpful" financial aid department. Within the past year they have already gone through three or more financial advisors and by the time I left the staff was going through major "restructuring."

I'm a student here and it is preparing me for a great future in broadcasting. Staff, teachers, and students are all great to work with. Equipment is up to date and easy to learn. You'll learn things from but not limited to, speech work, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Tri-castor, camera work, and more. You can sign up for a radio show within weeks in their StudioO, and participate in life like scenarios during classes. Its a year long course and well worth it.
