We stored our RV here for over 20 years. After we sold our house in Columbia, we continued to store it there for an increased non-resident fee. Then this year, we were told we had to leave because we do not own CA assessed property. We were given less than 30 days to get our RV out of the park. I feel like that could have been handled better given the fact that we have paid so much in fees for so many years and we continue to pay for our Columbia Association PP+ membership. Boo.
