How do these people still have a job? No-one wants to help you. They point you to a computer that barely works and tells you to figure out. I have paperwork they need and no-one wants to help. And don't bother calling the help desk the website tells you to, you can't get thru that either. Hopefully you don't need government assistance, because you won't get any help here..

I have been trying to get ahold of a live person for three days!! I am trying to do the right thing and report a change in income and residence. I can't even log onto their stupid website for some reason, it just tells me to call the office. Well that's great. But when the hell is somebody going to actually answer the phone?!? They do not even have a way to email them the information. Seriously?!? 😡

I would like to file a complaint with the attorney general. I'm very grateful for all of the assistance that may be available, but the hardship, level of stress, and humiliation that this office puts you through, is absurd.  You're force to submit all documnets and request on time, wihout so much a period or dash being missing, for them to turn around and treat you like trash. They do not answer their phone EVER! No matter how many countless hours you spend calling, they are never in the office, and when they are they send you right back to the computer and the phone. This matter and issue needs to be resolved, people are loosing their jobs just trying to get in touch with them and do things right.

They never answer the phone.  They send out multiple letters with the same information but different deadline dates or phone interview dates. They never call when they say they are going to call. They say that they called when they never did and I had phone records to prove they did not but that I had tried to call. I faxed in my information and was under the impression that everything was good and I was just waiting on the verdict but thank GOD I called to check the status because I was told that one of my forms was missing some information and that my case was about to be closed and denied because "[I] did not send the proper paperwork" which I did but there was a problem and they were not going to call me and let me know that there was a problem. "We are not obligated to call you and tell you that you have not sent the proper paperwork." "We are too busy to call everyone who is missing something from their paperwork." They are horrible and do NOT care about the families that are trying to get help! I am just trying to get help to FEED MY CHILDREN!!!

First time I filled out the application they didn't add my SS # and they spelled my last name wrong. If you're ever tried to call the 800 number you know how hard it is to just get someone on the phone. This office NEVER answers the phone. It seems I do everything on my part and they don't do there part, except I'm punished because I end up the one whose hungry and broke and they are still getting paid.
