This place is disgusting!! No showers! No public toilets! No laundry facilities, OR MAINTENANCE OF ANYTHING!! BUT ADD SAYS ALL THIS IS PROVIDED!! NOTHING BUT LIES AND FALSE ADVERTISING!! FEES ARE DOWN RIGHT RIDICULOUS!! 460 A MONTH, FOR NOTHING BUT THE SPACE!! POWER IS EXTRA!! YES, ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA!! A USELESS AND WORTHLESS PLACE TO STAY!! GOOGLE, I'M TELLING U NOW, U DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!!!!!

More of a trailer trash atmosphere than an RV park

This was scary. Zero maintenance, one of two showers was boarded up, only one shower/bathroom left for all. The remaining bathroom had one toilet with a shower curtain for privacy and one shower functioning while the rest had holes in the walls. Thorns and stickers everywhere large enough to puncture shoes. We had kids with us- and wouldnt let them out at all for fear of their safety. Old rotting rv's on perimeter. No provision for late check-in. Im not exagerating- to call this place a dump would be a compliment.
