UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE I ordered flowers, chocolate and a bear for my aunt who is in the last stages of Alzheimer's and probably the last mothers day she will be coherent for and the guy dumped off the flowers and when I called them to tell them to have the driver turn around and give her what I payed for and explained my Aunts detrimental situation, she said, "we will SEE what we can do" and I responded, "I don't think you understand..." And she said, "I heard you the first, second and third time" OMG HOW RUDE!!!! Completely unsympathetic WORST ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service EVEN WALMART wouldn't compare or hold a candle to this customer service. I have never heard such a smart a** cold hearted response in MY LIFE. How horribly insensitive they are to such a tremendously horrible disease like Alzhiemers. Stay away from these insensitive beings as they might just make the last thing you try to do for your loved one the most horrible experience of your life. This is the only google review I have thought or wished they came up with - stars.

I have used this florist for the past few years with no problems. This year I ordered flowers the day before Mother's Day, paying over $100 for two orders to be delivered to the same address. They promised delivery by Mother's Day. Nothing arrived at my mother's house until the following Monday when a neighbor brought them down. They had been delivered to the wrong address. I called to complain, expecting at a minimum that my order would be discounted, but they only offered to wave the $10 delivery fee on a future order. That was a very weak gesture given they blew their side of the deal completely. There will be no future orders from me. They have lost me as a customer. I encourage people to look elsewhere.

Columbia Nursery is a local gem. The serene nursery offers inspiration and a beautiful selection of plants. I love visiting the nursery to get both plants for color and vegetable plants for my garden. I also appreciate their varied selection of soil amendments and organic fertilizers. Even better is now you can stop by for lunch or a fresh fruit smoothie and eat outside among the plants. If you have never been or haven't been for a while, I highly recommend stopping by to pick up some lunch, some bedding plants, and some inspiration.

What a nice experience. I stopped in and requested a floral arrangement. The owner Trish asked me what I was looking for and then took the time to make sure it was right. When the arrangement arrived it was the hit of the holidays. I can't recommend the Columbia Nursery enough. Both the owner, Trish and her husband are very professional, knowledgeable and personable individuals. It is refreshing to visit a business and be treated like one of the family.
