We rented the park pavilion for my son's birthday party. The location of the park, along with the view and old growth trees cannot be beat. However, the facilities are a little run down and not very well maintained. Maybe I expected too much, but we had to clean up quite a bit before even setting up for the party. The ledge you'd use for the food spread was grungy, full of dead bugs and spiderwebs. Flies were out of control. The sink to wash hands was grimy. The picnic tables are old with chipped paint. Overall, would love to see this park renovated and updated eventually. Or just cleaned for paying customers, at the least.

I live by this park. It's tucked away but it's big and has great equipment.

Metropolis rugby club plays here, always great to stop by on a Saturday and watch some good rugby

Beautiful park in NE Minneapolis. Nice walk/cycling path. Big dog park.
