I had a 5:45 AM flight to NY with a connector in Chicago. I got to the airport pretty late and with a minute to spare the agent worked her magic and got me checked in. I did get nervous with the long TSA line but it went pretty quickly. They held the flight a few extra minutes for another late arrival but the flight still took off on time and actually arrived in Chicago 20 minutes early. No complaints with this airport so far.

I have always enjoyed flying out of Columbia due to the short TSA lines and free parking but recently it has become evident that they need another TSA line open or to advertise that you don't only need an hour before departure. 4 flights within 40 minutes of each other was chaotic and the TSA line was longer than you'd expect at a big city airport.

Arrived an hour early for a 6:05 am flight on United to Denver.  TSA was extremely slow and the lines were long due to an American flight leaving at the same time.  TSA pre does not do anything for you because there is only one line.  I, along with 20 other passengers, were standing in the boarding room at the door when the ticket agent stopped taking tickets and announced that the doors were closing.  To preserve an "on-time" departure status, they told all of us left off the plane we would have to drive to STL or MCI to rebook.  United was totally unhelpful and had no excuse for why when the plane was sitting 50 feet away and the pilot could easily see all of us standing there he decided to close the door.  The new terminal can not come soon enough.  I hope that we will have more choices in airlines because United is TERRIBLE!

Love Columbia airport.   So much better than driving all the way to STL or KC.  Parking is close, the lines are short and people are nice.  It is not a super fancy airport but it gets you to and from your destinations with a whole lot less hassle.

Awful, awful airport never go to this airport I had to be in Florida for work I arrived 35 minutes before the flight and they told me I was too late for the flight and wouldn’t allow me to get on. The funny thing is they were still loading the plane and my ticket said last call is 10 minutes before the flight. This airport is the worst airport don’t go here. There is absolutely no reason why I couldn’t have gotten on that plane!!
