First off, I have to mention that I have experienced a lot of dental work in other offices from root canals to many crowns. Some were okay and some could have been better. 
Dr. Max Frawley made this appointment one of the easiest and efficient I could ever hope for. The beautiful crown work was done painlessly and all in one appointment which made me very happy. The staff from the front desk to dental chair are very kind and attentive. If you need any crowns done with finesse and gorgeous detail, this is the place!

Dr Max and his staff at Columbia Smiles in Cayce are the the best!! Dr Max listened to my concerns and his assistant Elaine made sure I was comfortable! I did have my teeth cleaned a couple of days later and Kim the hygienist was very professional and my teeth and gums did not hurt like at my previous dentists office. Even though they were not in my dental insurance network, their fees were the same as my old dentist that was in network. The staff made me feel like a family member not a chart number,so I will definitely be making Columbia Smiles my new home!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Nick's for 6 months now, and I have nothing but good things to say. His staff is amazing and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The patient chairs massage your back while you're being attended, and they even have Netflix for you to watch as well. The best thing that I can say about Dr. Nick, and the main reason that he is my dentist of choice, is that you can tell he that he is truly passionate about what he does and makes you feel like you're not just another patient. I will be recommending Columbia Smiles to everyone that I know!

Dr. Nick and his entire staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. I had a mini implant procedure that took approx. an hour from beginning to end. There was no pain and each step was explained in detail. It was an absolute pleasuring experience. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his staff! I did my research before choosing Dr. Nick, and it paid off big time. Trust me he takes pride in his work and hes the best at what he does!

I just had my first experience with Dr. Nick at his new office down town this week! He is amazing! I had to have something major done on my very first visit that should have left me in severe pain and on quite a few meds for a while! He made me a believer in his staff and himself. They treated me with  respect and compassion. No swelling and no stitches! Dr. Nick and his staff are amazing! I cannot wait until my full restoration is complete! I advise anyone to go here! Their office is amazing! The staff is awesome and Dr. Nick is very kind and compassionate! I would never go anywhere else! I have already referred 3 people to him! Awesome experience~
