Will not return to store. Purchased a Columbia shirt.  It had a lot of wrinkles in it from packing when we bought it. I asked clerk if the wrinkles will come out. She said they will, just wash it.  Went home, washed it and not one wrinkle came out. Returned to store and store manager refused to do anything about the shirt because WE WASHED IT!!  Will never return to that store!!!

Amazing customer service. The cashier ringing up our order forgot to put an item in our bag. Before we realized it they had called and emailed us to let us know. Since we live 45 minutes away they immediately mailed our item to us. So impressed and will always shop here!!!

I drove  very far and rushed through the mall even though I had surgery on my knee recently I limped up to the Columbia Outlet at exactly 9 I just turned to be greeted at the door and be told sorry sir we can't help you we're closed I said but it was 9 it just turned you have a line of people in line again I was told I was sorry they were sorry I informed him that he wasn't sorry or he would let me in I have been to every Columbia Outlet there is recently and I'm left none of them disappointed if you want to be a valued customer and do not shop up here
