We love having breakfast at the Columbine Cafe & Bakery. Our biggest disappointment is when they are closed.  Have been going here for years...food and service are always good.  Also have ordered food for take out for in home entertaining. Owner and staff have always been most helpful.

An institution of sorts in the Vail valley, Columbine is the go-to for any bakery items you want.  Their deserts and breakfast treats are simply outstanding and if you are looking for a proper sit-down breakfast, be sure to try the Quiche.  All is prepared in house and amazingly good.

Don't be surprised if there is a queue here, especially in the ski season months.

Wonderful ,great service , great food , 
They have had some staff changes .
That can take some time to train them ,
Strange when someone eats there once and gives a negative service review !! Eat there more often and you will change your mind😊
