I give them only 2 stars because they are very polite and quick. But every year that this place has filed my husband's taxes, he has been audited! Because a certain person would change his marital status or dependents. They have not helped us to get this resolved! Even though we provide our correct copies of our tax papers, we are still forced to pay for their dues! And every time I call their office and they actually pick up the phone, I get told they will call me back but they never do!!!! Most of the time that I call they don't even answer the phone!
