I've been to this office numerous time over the last 1.5 years, registering 3 vehicles with my military tags and also doing tax work. They are always incredibly gracious in answering all of my questions (in person or on the phone) and present the same cheerful attitude; whether there are 2 or 20 people waiting. Phenomenal customer service.

OK,   I'm in a bad mood most of the time, 
but, this is the best D.M.V.  "EVER!!!"
I don't know how busy they are compared to other D.M.V.'s,
 or if it's just German/Central Tex+Mex get-her-done attitude...but...
they ought put them on YouTube, so all the other folks can see how it is to enjoy your job!
