I don’t usually comment online about companies, but this is the worst company to deal with if you want home automation and no one should use them if they expect reliable service, calls to be returned, work done properly and fair fees.  I would rather stab myself in the eye then deal with this company and their lackey employees ever again.  Be warned if you are considering them, you may have nothing but issues and should first consider paying someone to kick you in the nuts.

I work there.  The owners are great,  and very involved in the companies growth.  As with everyone and everyday life,  there are weak areas.  What matters is that we work together as a team to make it better.  Runny Bunney, I'm sorry that you haven't had a good experience,  I ask that you don't totally vice up on us yet.  The office staff is growing for the better,  and so will the service.  ☺
