I've had to go in for what I would call an emergency root canal so that my tooth could be saved. I was in a lot of pain and they took me in right away not having been there before. I was numbed really well :) and became an instant patient. This is my new dentist. The office, the people and service is great! It was a Saturday last month and they didThey also have a card you can apply for if you do not have the money or do not want to pay for services upfront that your health insurance does not cover. It has no interest for a full year. I also went in for a cap for another tooth which I had a root canal on in the early 90's and they allowed me to put most of that cost on the card. :) Thank the lord, my husband and them for all their service. Great place!

I had a lot of pain and needed help fast. I was able to walk in and was back in a chair within fifteen minutes. The assistant, Alex, was completely understanding of my needs and very apologetic about needing to poke and prod around to get a good X-ray. Dr. Lance Clark was absolutely a blessing - he was gentle, kind, and completely not condescending (which is sadly a trait I've noticed among doctors dealing with last minute acute needs). He made sure he answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the best treatment to get me out of immediate pain and find a long term solution. I will be happy to return to Dr. Clark for future care.

Went in and since my insurance doesn't apparently cover dental they told me I'd need to pay $50 for a cleaning. I said that fine, I sat there for almost an hour waiting to go in after filling out all forms. Five people came in after me after about 45 minutes and went in within minutes. I do not recommend you go here because they probably want to milk your insurance. I will not be back

The staff at Comfort Dental on Rio Bravo is nothing short of superior in their quality, professionalism and customer service.  I recently had a front loose cap (performed by another dentist) and I faced having to return to work inconspicuously toothless if I didn't get something done about it immediately. The work I needed done was extensive, but despite this, Dr. Lance Clark and his staff made every effort to fit me in on the same day and never once did they display aggravation at my last minute plea for help. Dr. Clark is the best dentist I have ever encountered. He is patient, gentle and actually cares for his patients.  I have recommended Comfort Dental at Rio Bravo to everyone I know and I will be a life long patient.
