Great Hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds were big comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and nice, and the room was very inviting, clean and space to walk around and stretch out and relax. Did have a slight problem the second morning we stayed here (here for 2 days and nights). Our TV would not work, just made a crackling sound when we tried to turn it on. Called the front desk and had a maintenance guy bring us a new TV in good time, so A+ for that. The Hot Breakfast was very good, with anything you could think of. Very good food, although the "hard boiled eggs" tasted rubbery and not that good. Tasted like they been sitting out for a while, so that was the only downfall there. But other then that, it was a great breakfast. The Hot-tub and pool were great too, nice and big and the hot tub, did its job, A+ there too. Overall, this place does deserve 5 stars, its very clean and a great place to spend a night or 2 or 3 when your in the area. I recommend this place to anyone who is in the Duncanville area and needs a good hotel, not to mention the staff is helpful and friendly.

I WORK OUT OF TOWN ALOT. I WILL SAY. THIS IS A VERY NICE HOTEL TO STAY AT. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL. ALSO, THERES A RESTAURANT ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL WHICH MAKES IT EASY TO WALK TO AND BOTH ARE VERY GOOD PLACES TO VISIT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY, BEVERLY, AT THE FRONT DESK IS AN AWESOME EMPLOYEE AND DESERVES A BONUS!! SHES GREAT!! THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY STAY AT YOUR HOTEL, SO NICE!!

I stayed here for a business trip. Overall, the room itself was spacious and very clean. The air was a little damp in my room, but I thought it would get better when it cooled down. Well, unfortunately, running the air turned out to exacerbate the issue. It blew wet, mildewy air. Since I was only staying for the night, I figured I could handle it. I went to my co-workers room and realized her room was dry as a sauna, and the air was much quieter. Returning to my room was like hell, if hell was wet and slightly cool to the touch. I felt my throat closing up and had flashbacks to the black mold I saw so often when I lived in Florida. I went to the front desk to ask to change my room. The attendant gave me a quizzical look, then said "We're completely booked." A hotel room in Duncansville, PA is completely booked on a Tuesday night in June? Oh, okay. I skulked back to my room. The next morning, I took a shower/bath. The drain didn't work. The bed itself was comfortable, the TV stations were cool, it was clean, and they had breakfast, so if I were charging my stay on a corporate card again, I might give it another shot. Otherwise, I'll hit a Hampton Inn.

Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was also nice and clean. It didn't see like they had a service elevator so we were in the elevator with big carts of dirty linens more than once.

It's really a great place to stay, if you want bedbugs. At first I thought I'd have a nice stay, unfortunately the next morning I saw my worst fear, a bed bug was crawling across the comforter. The hotel was complacent and gave us a new room. I was staying for 5 days and 4 nights with a group. Most of us were staying in this hotel, two other groups of girls in two other rooms had bed bug bites up and down their legs. The hotel was stubbornly denying the fact that were bed bugs. This was after they shut down out first room for a month and put us into another room. We were told that they had six other incidents with bed bugs. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
