Nice place, clean, helpful staff, small pool and fitness area. The beds are comfy and the rooms are a nice size with a shower/bath and tap. Breakfast is always decent too. Basically nothing special but exactly what you want in a standard hotel.

There are so many choices in this area but I'm so happy I chose to stay here. The hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable.

Hotel had all the regular accommodations. Pet friendly on the first 2 floors and the beds are comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner provided smell good. Breakfast had a variety to choose from but was very busy around the time we ate (about 8-9am). Papa John's does room service and provides great specials on pizza for the hotel.

I have never had such a terrible experience. The customer service from both the hotel and corporate office are beyond poor and the employees are all under trained and not knowledgeable, plus a few lied about procedures and policy which is worrisome. Issue after issue arose on an anniversary celebration; hair on food, on towels, a fall in the shower, jets not working and no curtains. Calling the front desk we were told maintenance was gone, there was no management, no supervisor, and that was it; no one offered any help in any way. Going down to the front desk we were offered Cheetos and rice krispy treats for our trouble. Already horrified from our weekend experience we said no more, got the managers card and left. Jessica tried but clearly did not resolve the issues. I asked if she would like me to send her pictures of the bruise on my leg the size of a fist and that black and purple but she didn't think that was necessary. She said she had to speak with corporate before doing anything. She came back and took care of Friday night, which was cheaper than Saturday and I was told Saturday nights rate couldn’t be changed for corporate reasons, rate fluctuation reason, etc. So I called corporate to try further to redeem my weekend that was ruined. Corporate opened a complaint and said they would have to contact the hotel to process any refunds. Frustrated they tried to connect me again with Jessica. I was then told by John she would not speak with me and that she already dealt with the issue. I was told they had to give the hotel 72 hours to respond to my request before they could do anything to resolve the issue. I called corporate back after 72 hours of not hearing anything and was told by Steve they had to give the hotel another 72 hours to respond and if they do not respond corporate will honor my requests. After that 72 hours I was again told the refund would have to come from the hotel and when we tried to contact Jessica she was gone for the day. The corporate manager Sharon said they could not process any refunds. So her employees lead me on for a week thinking they were trying to help my issue. We are now contacting the owner Richard Song on our own accord because the hotel will no longer assist in helping a customer. We have spent well over 5 hours total between talking to the hotel and corporate office AFTER we checked out. We were told incorrect information again and again and I fear for the person who falls and cracks their head open. No one would know what to do and I truly don’t know what management would do in that case. The whole thing fell apart with little things here and there and this issue could have been resolved at so many different points. We will never use any Choice Hotels in the future.

The motel was nice and a nice breakfast but the chlorine in the pool area was so strong that none of us could even see we kept having to rub our eyes it was terrible! Probably illegal how high the chlorine was with not very good air circulation! Please inprove this!!! Everything else was good i even put all the sheets and towels and pillow cases in a pile for the housekeepers since i am a housekeeper myself i know how much that helps! Your welcome
