This hotel is my favorite go to spot. The jacuzzi tub with jets are fabulous. The front desk staff always is so curious and attentive and let me get late check out. The all you can eat breakfast is an added perk with many options. It is better than any 3 star hotel I've ever been better than most four 🌟 locations. It is not your typical comfort inn.

The rooms were pretty nice and clean. The bathroom was a little dingy. However, the beds were comfortable and clean. Although the room wasn't perfect, I was happy with my 2 night stay.

Oxon, MD. Booked the room standing at the counter. Asked for a wheelchair accessible room that the app said there were two of available. Clerk gave us room 119. Apparently, it was the last room available in the whole hotel last night. But he didn't tell us that the room wasn't fully wheelchair accessible. It turned out that the bath tub was not accessible. There wasn't even a transfer bench. In the morning, when we brought this to the attention of the hotel desk clerk, she was very sympathetic, but she did not have any authority do anything to compensate for the discrepancy between the advertised promise and the reality. She had to refer us to the general manager. Mr. Natu Patel was not at all understanding of the situation and tried to blame us for not knowing it was not really a wheelchair accessible bathroom. In the end he was very unapologetic and dismissive. When asked if this is how you treat all your Platinum Rewards Members, he turned around and walked away without saying a word. We took that as a yes.

Great service when I go there. You might run into people with attitude issues but I ignore that. And I love their bagels.

Don't bother going to this hotel in Oxon, MD if you have a disability. When the hotel comes up short and books you a "wheelchair accessible" room and it has no such accessibility for the shower/tub, Mr. Patel, the manager, will blame YOU for not getting the correct room at check in. He said there was a shower bench under the sink but we then looked for it and it didn't exist. He then said we should have asked the front desk to get us a bench but the woman at the desk didn't offer one when we told her earlier that there wasn't one in the tub. Mr. Patel became very condescending with me and said, "You've been in a wheelchair at least half your life, you should know what you need when booking a room." Um, no. I have not been in one nearly that long and his assumption was presumptuous to say the least. He also said we should have told them about the shower access issue sooner, not at checkout. However, we did tell them once I became aware of the issue and we still had 2 hours left before our late checkout, plenty of time to have a shower. Will never go back again and will be filing a grievance with Choice Hotels.
