Hotel was worth the price. Very comfortable bed. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had arrived in town much earlier than expected and they did not charge me extra to check in early. My room wasn't ready, but they found one for me that was and allowed me to check in.

Multiple families staying for a team sporting event.  Shower is broken in my room. Another's family's room the faucet in bathroom will not shut off.  Another family the toilet is plugged.  The staff gave the family the plunger because the front desk said they do not have maintenance on duty on weekend.  The pool was closed because of a bio issue.  But the employee at the front desk did get pool straighten out.  So it was opened back up. Hot tub was not working

I gave this hotel two stars because yes it is a clean hotel, but the service is TERRIBLE and have never been treated like this by any other hotel I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a lot. I came here with my boyfriend for a weekend get away in Port Huron. I booked the hotel on Expedia with my visa but upon arrival my boyfriend asked if he could pay cash and it was “not a problem” to the front desk receptionist, or so they said.. we later found out my card was still charged along with them taking my boyfriends cash. We called and they said it was just a hold on my account and it would come off. Two weeks pass and it’s still there, we call again and they “issued us a refund via money order” which weeks later we still NEVER received. Upon calling again we were told it couldn’t be done money order; okay so when were they going to tell us ?? We were then told we had to speak with the manager , Monica(?) who was NEVER there. We were told multiple times and days she would be there in which we called and she was never on site. After over a month of back and forth trying to get my money back for the hotel they charged us TWICE for and the terrible terrible customer service. We finally got our money back through Expedia! Never again will I book a hotel through them for the sole fact that they had no intentions on giving me my money back until we called and called multiple times. Very disappointed.

Stsyed at Comfort Inn last night. Asked reception at check in if hot tub was working. Assured us it was working great and actually just been cleaned. Great.We went to our room which was nice and close to the pool as we requested. 
When we finally headed to the pool, what a huge disappointment. One jet worked, etched into scum on tile a message....clean me. Just disgusting.
Must say, we saw nobody in the pool or hottub during our stay.
Biggest disappointment was staff had been aware of faulty hot tub. Reception at check out said they know of the condition of the hot tub and should have told us.

Extremely good for the value. Pool and hot tub nice good breakfast. Pillows and bed were great.
