The whole family enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. Located in a convenient spot close to the highway, grocery stores and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was included in our package and we all enjoyed it. The room was clean and quiet and provided everything we needed for our stay. Overall we were quite happy with the hotel and would not hesitate to book this one again.

We spent the night at the comfort inn in Chelsea mi. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and neat but did have a musty smell. The bed was confortable. Breakfast was great.

My friends and I were in Chelsea to spend a "girls weekend" with another friend, who is being treated for cancer, with a very gloomy prognosis.  Your staff, especially Norman at the front desk and Bryon the breakfast service manager, were an absolute delight.  They put up with 4 crazy old ladies and humored us the entire time we were there.  We couldn't have been any more pleased.

I think the only time we had a minor problem was when one of the ladies wanted coffee, but there was a party going on in the breakfast room where the coffee was located.  Norman just went in and got the coffee.  Problem solved.

No fridge or microwave, when staying long periods of time those two things are a nessicery. Needs updating. 
The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.

Chelsea, Michigan location. Rooms were neat and tidy but outdated. Furniture was nicked and scratched. Trim in bathroom had rust markings. Shower curtain was bent so curtain fell toward the center and wouldn't stay closed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was dirty. Tables were wiped but floors were covered in crumbs and chairs had dust and dirt. Food itself was not outstanding, but adequate and acceptable.
