I stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn with o friends for a bachelorette party. The rooms were clean and well maintained. A continental breakfast was served and made our morning go smoother. We also loved the close proximity to the Hollywood Casino, which was the reason for our trip. A shuttle service to the casino was also provided and made for a very easy, enjoyable trip.

Excellent hotel!  Very clean & nice, employees very accommodating.  Wonderful breakfast...best choices & quality I've seen in a long time & I travel frequently.

Great Hotel! Clean Rooms, all public area are clean. Outside of hotel is clean. I was in the housekeeping business and admittedly I watch for dirty area. This place was pretty darn close to perfect. Perfect would have included AC-ed hallways, not sure why they weren't. Our rooms AC was fine though! Staff was courteous and answered our questions kindly. Breakfast was great too! Lots of variety and what I like most, again it was the  cleanliness. The staff kept it clean and we're working with good attitudes to keep the dining area spruced up for incoming guests. They kept the breakfast bar fully stocked, not miserly putting enough out to serve two or three at a time, like you see at some hotels. Plus, they actually said please, excuse me and thank you. More times than not the dining staff at hotels are grumpy cat types and I have to choose to not let their demeanor bother me. We stayed 7/8 &9/17. Visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. The location is good for both venues, especially the CM. Hope to go back to CM and Ark, and when I do will stay at this Comfort Inn again. Thank you for making my stay great!

After using this hotel loyally , we needed to extend our stay at our contract negotiated price, with 2 rooms available we were told no. The jazz festival was in town and the manager was more concerned with getting her 180.00 per night taking full advantage. After she told this was a violation of the contract, and we have loyally used this hotel for all business guest. We were still denied and had to move our guest for 2 nights. I would not recommend this hotel loyalty is nothing to them

We had a great stay! Very friendly staff and the breakfast was well stocked. 
I do have a question, we loved the bed it was so comfortable. We had a king size, so roomy lol. Could you please tell me the brand name?
