Hotel needs to be updated. We were upgraded into a suite, would have been nice if it was updated. Also I was unaware that they would match any third party booking app so I used my app. Because I used a third party they require a $100 a night deposit. That is more then the room and just outrageous. Then it takes 4 to 5 days to refund. They need to let people know that they'll match the lowest price and it's only a $40 deposit. If you do use a third party it's a $100 deposit. I just don't understand most hotels are $20-$50 a night, which is reasonable. They should refund it instantly after cleaning the room as well.

Hotel was great from beginning to end. The bed is amazingly comfortable. They have a full breakfast buffet; wish it went just a tad later (only until 930a on the week days). They are very accommodating and have a late check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I've stayed several times and will stay again anytime. This is my new go-to hotel.

The stay was very comfortable and accommodating. The group I was traveling with was rather large and all of our needs seemed to be attended to. The breakfast was nice but the room was small. That's my only complaint.

All staff are extremely nice, very friendly, and definitely helpful! The rooms were pretty clean, no bedbugs or anything of super concern. I wouldn't rate it at germ-free or 100% spotless, but this isn't a 1st class, $400-a-night, swanky joint in the first place. If you're concerned, then just bring a tub of Clorox wipes & you'll be good to go. I would agree w/another reviewer that the rooms could use an update or refresher for sure.
My biggest complaint though would be the lighting in the room. Even w/every light turned on, it was still too dim!
Also, the room smelled a bit stuffy. Not a huge deal.
The free breakfast was great. Ample choices and it's always being replenished.
The complimentary coffee and tea stand in the lobby was a big hit. Lots of choices.

Love this place... excellent breakfast... excellent customer service... they accommodate any request you might have if they can.... very clean and comfortable
