We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff got us checked in and out quickly and with a smile. We definitely plan on using them the next time we are in town.

WHAT A JOKE... My husband and I was going to rent a room from Comfort Inn in Bradley to celebrate my birthday. I was told they would not rent me a room because I didn't live 30 miles away from the hotel. I have NEVER heard of anything like this in my life! I mean, why would you refuse someone willing to pay for a room just because of where they live. Unbelievable.  Seeings there are several other hotels in the area I'll give them my money!

Room 113 had bed bugs. We arrived late into the night last night and just as we were settling in I found a bug on the sheet. We killed 5 and found several more before we bagged our belongings and thoroughly searched our luggage. The fella working the front desk was kind but honestly didn't seemed alarmed at all. He did not charge us for the room but we had to stay at hotel near there for a much higher price do to the fact that it was 2 am.

Would of been my third stay at the comfort inn, my previous 2 experiences were great. Upon entering and giving my drivers license as I usually do I was informed that I had to leave and not welcome to stay due to living locally. Checked everywhere on their website for this 'policy' but they didn't have it posted anywhere. If you live within a 30 mile radius stay clear they won't allow you to stay. Just glad I hadn't made a reservation prior to coming in.

This hotel refuses to take in local flood victims due to their shortsighted inflexible hotel policies. These people need a place to stay because the Kankakee river valley is experiencing massive flooding. DO NOT SUPPORT a hotel that turns away flood victims.
