Wonderful Hotel ! Beautiful inside and Out . Comfortable Bed. Nice Breakfast Buffet with a friendly helpful Attendant. Would definitely come back here and stay next year for our next trip to Hershey Car Show and Flea market. We worked as Vendors and coming to the Hotel at night in a comfortable bed for 3 nights gave us much needed sleep! Thank you so much!

Was able to snag the last room of the night as evidently their lower rates are a hot bed for activity due to its proximity to the Hershey attractions. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the semi-confortable bed had plenty of pillows. A cheap TV, microwave (couldn't figure out the timing system on it) and a small fridge rounded out the amenities. In the bathroom a spacious tub was accompanied by an insanely small toilet and a hairdryer that blew only cold air. Fair hotel for the price you pay.

Bed was nice. Tv was weird and took a long time to turn on, the water in the tub was yellow until I ran it for about ten minutes and it was like warm, but the air conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly. It was near some fast food restaurants as well and right off the highway.

Check in was with a young man who we passed while walking in . Over powering smell of smoke. Apologizing for just "catching up with the guys" .During check in he explained how tired he was for working an extra shift. We make our way to our room. Two minutes later another couple enters our room using the key they had just been given. Next problem midnight , we get a knock on the door asking if someone is in the room. Yes. 2 sleeping kids and 2 adults trying to sleep! Next problem- 2 AM knock on door. My husband asks what they want and the employee asks is checking to see if the room is occupied. We left at 615 to hit the road. Go to the lobby and there is a sign that says if you need help to call because the front desk staff is in the storage area. (The storage area just behind the desk has doors open lights off.) I call the number the employee wakes up comes out of the closet. I am at a loss for words and just want a receipt 15 min later I have a receipt for a different room. My name is retyped over the other person's name. Unreal. Bad experience. Excited to be leaving!

The service was solid. I checked in late and the front desk clerk was friendly and courteous. In fact, pretty much everyone I came in contact with with nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
