Very nice hotel. Reasonable priced. Clean,fresh rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Free basic breakfast. Coffee and water 24-7...great location,close to everything..home goods,target,planet fitness, so many restaurant's in the area. VERY friendly staff,makes you feel relaxed and at home. Safe location.

NEVER AGAIN. I was woken up 3 times in the middle of the night to people trying to get into my room. The last time it was a woman from the front desk trying to give my room to different guests. I guess they forgot they gave my room out?! Guess who didn’t get back to sleep. Then, as I’m stepping out of the shower well before the checkout time, someone from the front desk was pounding on my door who when I answered only said “oh, I thought you left already”. What is wrong with these people?! I’m a woman traveling alone so I felt completely unsafe the entire time. It was dirty too and there was rips and mold on the shower curtain. There are WAY better hotels nearby for the same price. Stay away from this nightmare.

Poor management. The guy at the desk fumbled around in the computer for 10 mins figuring out how to book me in - all the while cursing under his breath. When he did, I was sent to a DIRTY room. As in it wasn’t cleaned after the last person used it. went back down to the desk and waited another 10 mins while he fumbled around the computer again until he figured out how to transfer rooms. Also, this place needs a serious update. Walls are cracked and the furniture is 50 years old. I won’t be coming back. Again, I don’t blame the guy at the desk - someone sent him there when he clearly needed more training.

The rooms were clean and the staff was inviting. The complimentary breakfast was very nice .

The hotel was clean and had some nice updates like proximity keys to the rooms. Better than expected for the price.
