First stay; Great beds. Rooms appear to be well cleaned, and hotel staff is welcoming. 

Second stay;  Room was not well cleaned, bathroom had mold/mildew everywhere.

Honestly, if there was a option to not put a star I would. Customer service-AWFUL. Our cousin was getting married and reserved rooms for this hotel and they would only give us a 2 night minimum option but yet if we go online we had the availability for only 1 night. We called twice saying we were part of the wedding and all of the family got allowed only 1 night and called the same day we did but they still didn't budge. Pathetic. It's called customer service people. Learn about it.

Find a different hotel.  The bathrooms aren't clean (mold), bedding is poor, and overall impression of the rooms is very poor.  When you see the lobby and realize how little effort was made to make hospitable and inviting, it's a precursor to rooms that look worse.

Nice pool. Room clean. Beds thick and comfy. Nice pillows. Good staff.
