Me & My family stayed the weekend at this hotel. Soon as we walked into one of the rooms it smelled horrible. They switched the room with no issue. The two rooms that we have the toilets were dirty as well the carpet in one of the rooms. The sitting chair appeared to look as if it was there & dirty for a very long time. Not only that the housekeeping attitudes we very unpleasant. Upon walking by we heard one of the ladies say I hope these people don’t want service today. Oh my bad when she realized we were walking by. The pool was nasty as well. There was a ring at the bottom of the pool and the water was cloudy & dirty looking.

Entire third floor hallway AC did not work the entire time we were there, 4 days. Would break a sweat going to the elevator. Outside temperature was 92. Because of this, the room AC could not keep up with cooling until late in the evening. Complained to the front desk daily with different excuses from the staff each time on why it was so hot on the third floor. The issue was never resolved while we were there. Outside security lights were left off and people who obviously did not belong at the hotel were in the dark parking lot, we felt very, very unsafe at this facility. The satellite TV signal was very, very poor. You literary could not watch a TV program without distortion and missing images. We asked that our room not be cleaned but to provide fresh towels, bath mats and washcloths and to please empty the trash. They would come in and remove the towels etc and leave us with nothing. We would have to go down to the front desk and ask for towels and washcloths and, two of the 4 days, we emptied our own trash. The bathroom was not only out of square but sloped to the rear fairly significantly which gave us a sense of being off-balance. Checking out, no one was at the front desk to check out at 6:30 am. We even called the front desk and no answer. We waited for approximate 10 minutes and no one came. Went and eat breakfast and came back where someone had arrived to check us out. Probably one of the worse stay at any hotel we've ever had, never again!

It was a terrible experience I was there Sept 29 till Oct 1 my family and I my Godson and his family went to there room it smelled like mildew so they went to the front desk to get another room the person who cleaned that room should’ve been fired because that was not except-able. We had a chair in our room that was so old I thought they used it at the last supper it had stains everywhere . The carpet was filthy I walked pass the laundry room and the workers were playing cards. The washroom by the vending machine on the first floor stayed filthy I went in after they supposedly cleaned it up they just put some toilet paper in it. The floor was filthy. The kids in our family insisted they go swimming the pool was cloudy filthy as hell. The only thing I really enjoyed was the morning breakfast the staff was wonderful and the food was great that is what the one star was for. I will never come to this Hotel again. The hotel is very clean. Staff is excellent. Front desk Imani was very nice always kept a smile. Rooms was very clean.

I’m really disappointed in our stay here. We looked ahead of time at rates but didn’t reserve because we weren’t sure if we were coming Friday or Saturday. First off, by the time we got theee to get the room, they had jcked the price up by $100! That’s insane! We ended up staying ONLY because they have an indoor pool and our child was excited about swimming. We went down to the pool and it might as well have been frozen solid. We couldn’t even stand to put our feet in, not to mention the water was so cloudy it looked like milk. The bathrooms by the pool were disgusting, and the hallways were so hot you would sweat walking down them. The room wasn’t bad, but for almost $200 it was unacceptable. The tv said it was not connected and we couldn’t watch anything. The shower curtain had hair on it. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and we didn’t notice until we went to get our food out and it was warm, so we wasted money on that. We got a snack from the vending machine since our food was ruined and both items were old and stale. The ice bucket had mildew in it. The room itself smelled like dirty socks. The entire experience was negative and that was hands down the most expensive hotel room I have ever been in, and that includes Every vacation I’ve ever been on. I would have saved the money and booked a cheap hotel if I had known beforehand that the pool was so cold and the room was so dirty. Don’t waste your money on his place!!! I legitimately feel like I deserve my money back, though I know I won’t get it or even an acknowledgement.
