The first room smelled really bad and there was mold on the a.c. The second room only had one bed and we needed two. The third room we looked at smelled awful and the faucet was running. I tried to shut it off and it turned on full blast. The staff was friendly. The outside was beautiful. I loved all the rocks and trees. We asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

Generally OK but consumers should expect more. Numerous minor problems, with no individual one being more than a nuisance, add up to trouble. Dripping bathroom faucet is a major waste of water if not promptly addressed. Microwave was unplugged because apparently there was no open receptacle within reach. Battery power was low on tv remote and they needed replacement. When looking for a suitable receptacle for the microwave discovered excessive dirt and dust behind bureaus, desk, chairs, etc. Poor ergonomics in bathroom. Only hook to hang things was of no functional value. All of these should have been readily apparent to the staff and not require customer notification.
Thankfully just a one night stay.

The rooms are Great! They are clean and modern and they allow pets. There's also breakfast include with great healthy options not just your regular hotel stay menu.

Hotel was very nice. Room had a nice jacuzzi tub. Free breakfast and free WiFi. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Room was clean.  Receptionist was trying to avoid checking is in correctly.  She was trying to punt us to the morning receptionist.  After 30 minutes finally was checked in correctly.  Breakfast was simply yet satisfactory.
