RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF. Good luck getting even a simple hello. Hotel was okay, staff doesn't even speak. Beyond rude. Please don't stay here, there are many hotels in the area that are comparable in price and can guarantee you have a pleasant experience. If you want you and your guests to feel like you are a bother even being in the hotel then be my guest. If you don't like your job then quit! Customer service requires ZERO SKILL, learn it.

Nothing is wrong with this hotel, it's a fine hotel, exactly what you'd expect from a Comfort Inn; rooms are clean, breakfast is average. The reason for my one star rating is the absolutely, positively, worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I'm not even one to dwell on CS related things, if I ever have a bad experience I chalk it up to the person having a bad day and I move on. But this, this hotel employs the rudest, smuggest, most patronizing overnight desk clerk I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Long story short, we were in town for work and we finished early, so I went to check out early Thursday morning. After standing and waiting for ~5 minutes for her to finish her conversation with a coworker, the black female working behind the desk I could tell seemed almost personally slighted by the fact that I asked for the invoice for my room so as to check out early. She proceeded to totally invent a claim that it was "against policy" for me to receive a copy of my invoice (??!?!) as I requested. However, both of my coworkers had received theirs no problem already (both coworkers later remarked that this clerk seemed extremely curt and rude). When I informed her of this, she said she could email it to me. I stood and waited while she turned and continued her conversation with her coworker, refreshing the email on my phone, but did not see the email come through. At this point I lost my cool a little and asked her if she needed me to show her how to send an email, as I hadn't received it yet. She then wordlessly walked over to the computer, and miraculously, my invoice appeared via email moments later. Now, this may seem like a trivial matter, and it was. But to have this woman stake her flag and choose this hill to die on was just so unnecessary, so base, so offensive, that it honestly took me aback. I have left out some of the interaction, but suffice it to say her (lack of) poise, dismissive tone, and disdain for my simple request added up to an experience as abrupt and shocking as it was unnecessary. This is unfortunate because every other person I've met that works in this hotel has been nothing but pleasant. Overnight black female desk lady, you suck.

The rooms are modern looking and clean. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. I've stayed here nearly once a month for the last 9 years during my military duty weekend and have almost always left with a positive experience.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Chicago. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet speed. Breakfast was okay, unfortunately juice machine was broken.

First, I'd like to point out that we did not stay here. However, we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rude front desk staff. I didn't realize that there were 2 Comfort Inns within 1/2 a mile from each other and we arrived at this one in error on 7/6/17. It was 11 pm and there was no one at the front desk nor a button or bell that I have seen at other hotels to press. I am an understanding person and I get people step away for a bit to use the restroom or whatever. We waited about 10 min then my husband dialed the front desk, let it ring for several minutes, and it sounded as though the portable phone was left on the desk. The staff then wandered up from down the hall and with an extremely rude attitude asked if she could help us, as if we were bothering her. Barely made eye contact, never smiled, and everything out of her mouth had an attitude. Turned out we showed up at the wrong Comfort Inn but nothing excuses the miserable customer service and I'm glad we were wrong. Showed up at the other Comfort Inn (on Reynolds Rd) and were greeted by 2 friendly women who checked us in with a friendly demeanor, asked if we had any questions, and let us know if we needed anything to either call or stop down as one of them would be there at all times.
