We have used the services of Comfort Keepers in Jenkintown for many years and although their services have been good, nothing has compared to the companion we were currently assigned.  Dawn Dudley is one of the best companions my daughter has EVER had assigned to her.  Dawn is not only caring, compassionate and protective, she treats my daughter AMAZINGLY.  Dawn considers Alina's likes and dislikes whenever they are planning a day in the community.  She helps Alina to understand that she is important and that her wants and needs are just as important as others.  She is very interactive with her.  She treats Alina as a PERSON first and a challenged individual second, which I don't know about anyone else but that is what THIS mom has been looking for all along.  She is the sweetest, most genuine person I have ever met and I thank God daily for allowing her to come into our lives.  My Lina is a very kinetic person, she loves to move constantly.  Dawn never disparages that they have to walk or go on Septa.  She's a real trooper and helps to make community plans with that in mind.  She is truly one in a million.  Everyone should use her as a model on how to work with challenged individuals and I truly believe our family members would be much happier with the life they've been given with companion who are more like Dawn.  Thank you again for an OUTSTANDING companion and an OUTSTANDING match to my daughter and her needs.

My sister has been receiving care from Comfort Keepers since 2010. Due to my sister's condition she needs total care and that's what the home care assistants at comfort keepers provided. Sure we had our fair share of mediocre and superb home care assistants, but in general we were satisfied with the service. Kasheena Smith and the rest of the staff did a good job working with us covering all aspects to make sure that my sister received the best care and even going above and beyond in some instances. 

Unfortunately we have to switch care companies because my sister is in need of
total nursing care with administration of medications, etc. Nevertheless we appreciate the work that Comfort Keepers as provided over the years. If you are looking for quality care for yourself or a loved one, Comfort Keepers should definitely be a consideration.

Working here at Comfort Keepers is very beneficial and rewarding. The number one thing I love to do is help people and Comfort Keepers has given me that opportunity. I enjoy the experience of going out to clients homes and building a strong relationship with them and their family. Also working with the caregivers has been amazing because each person has their own talents and skills which is great to not only work with but introduce those skills to clients. I can say I am happy with the people I am met and learning new things everyday, Comfort Keepers is definitely a agency I would recommend to a love one or friend and I am glad to be a part of their team.

I have been a client with Comfort Keepers for several years.  They are a part of my daughter's waiver.  My experience with them has been excellent. 
Especially, that of Kasheena Smith. She has been very helpful in assisting me with my daughter's supports plan. Without her help and guidance Janet would miss a lot of much needed support.  I thank you Comfort Keepers for having such a valued employee at your agency.

As a Support Coordinator, Comfort Keepers is the best agency I've ever worked with referring individuals for care.  They always return calls and find a staff right away. They maintain excellent communication with the consumers and families they assist, and are very pleasant to talk to.  Whenever I follow up with my consumers, they love the staff that assist them, and if ever changes need to be made they address it immediately.  I also appreciate that they have a 24 hour on call service and back up plan for emergencies that may arise.
