All of the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was fairly comfortable though the beds were way too soft for our tastes. The a/c and mini fridge worked well. The ice from the ice machine had some weird particles in it so we decided to stay away. The room was quiet aside from a teen ball team who were stomping around well into the night and early in the morning but that's certainly not the fault of the hotel. The drapes in the room definitely needed to be washed, they had some stains on them, some of which looked like blood. Ick! They also didn't block the morning sunlight all that well. Breakfast was free and had the usual hotel fare. So, adequate room overall.

For the price (114 in my case), the is an exceptional value. The suite was spacious and comfortable. And perfectly clean! Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Good Internet. Many good dining options nearby. No airport noise. This will probably be the only place we stay when traveling through Jackson from now on.

Excellent Stay/  Fabulous Hotel.  Staff will make your stay enjoyable and pleasurable.  They go out of their way to make you comfortable.  I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff in fairly new hotel. Easy access to shopping, like Target and Kroger, but also restaurants and"mall like" stores
