Front desk clerks are very nice and polite, they keep the rooms clean,(the housekeepers are amazing), there breakfast is good and fresh and pets are allowed for $10 a night which is nice considering I have a parrot who is a big baby! Its real quiet and cozy here, they have a nice hot tub and a pool, a fitness room, and coin operated washer and dryer. Pretty much everything you will need they have it here!

Large spacious suite rooms with very comfortable beds. The A/C unit worked perfectly as we slept at 60' degrees! The sitting area includes a hide a bed.

You have to be picky with your rooms here as they are areas that are often dirty. When you get a good room you can't complain. The unfortunate part is whoever did the carpet work in this hotel did a poor job and the fluorescent lighting was poorly selected. The staff are courteous and will try to help wherever they can. I've even had them hold a package for a couple days for me while I was pulled away on an unexpected business trip without hassle.

We reserved a room for my Elderly disabled mother several weeks in advance. I was personally shown the Handicap Accessible room  located on the bottom floor. I was "promised " this is the room she would have with the handicap shower, and very close to the back door so she wouldn't have to walk far with her walker. Upon arrival to check her in, I was informed the room had been given to a longterm guest and the only option was the 3rd floor handicap room. 

The 3rd floor room did not have a handicap shower, and she is not able to step into a tub. The bed was so high that I had to go back down to request a step stool. A step ladder and a plastic stool were provided. Neither of these were safe and I drove downtown & got a medical grade stool for her to get into bed. The carpet  had ripples in it since it is not stretched tight. This is definitely a trip hazard. 

Since this room had been promised to us for my mother, I felt like they should have called ahead of time so we could make other arrangements. It took us over 1.5 hours to get her settled into a room. She was exhausted and in pain.

So very disappointed in their lack of communication and consideration. The least they could have done was contact me in advance and explain the situation. We would have been able to make other arrangements had we known in advance.

Hotel was very nice/clean. Hotel staff was nice and accomodating. Breakfast was good and breakfast attendant was very sweet to the kiddos! Kids had a blast playing in the pool. Would return.
