Clean new hotel. Nice people. Breakfast buffet is average in terms of quality and selection. Maid service overlooked us and went home. We had a messy room when we returned and the hotel tried to make it up to us with a free sweet bun...really? The tub doesn't drain well so we shower in ankle deep dirty water.  There are better choices.

This was my 2nd stay here. The Desk staff & Housekeeping staff are lovely & considerate. Our A.C. wasn't cooling our room on this trip. We mentioned it to front desk then left for an hour. When we arrived back to our room it had been taken care of. Our stay was comfortable & lovely. If you decide to get a little snack at the convenient little hotel store you may want to check the prices before purchasing. Some items are very expensive...like the little ice-creams.

Good value for money, comfy beds however their housekeeping definitely needs improvement.  We had several issues which the friendly staff fixed and gave us discount for the trouble.  At check-in, I recommend immediately examining cleanliness of room then contact staff if needs re-cleaning or request another room.

Stayed for 13 days and loved it!  Not in a great part of town but it's a great hotel!  This was a perfect stay.  Definitely recommend staying here any time.

Nice and clean room, comfortable king bed...good cable with free on demand. Just a little dark, the color scheme...even with good natural light from the big window in the room, it seemed brown and dark...well...there's dark brown everywhere. Throughout the hotel. Everyone was very nice and efficient. Though I had arrived first to check in, others arrived to wait to check in after me, the young girl at the front desk on Sunday did not call me first when check-ins were available. That wasn't professional. The gentleman who was still in training, Will, realized the mistake she made and gestured to me, trying to correct the error....but the young lady who had seniority and who was the one training...just steam rolled over the the "less experienced" trainee...who in actuality, had a greater awareness of professional service. I let it slide...
Mostly out of respect for Will, the gentlemen in training on a very busy pre eclipse day. Thanks Will, for your professional service with a smile. Also missing from the young lady who was training...a smile. Overall great location with good value/price ratio.
