This is our second stay at this hotel in a month (We live in North Carolina).  In June, my wife and I stayed here as members of a tour bus trip from Maine.  After a 10 hour trip from Maine, it was a pleasure to be treated so well, not to mention how comfortable the hotel and the rooms were.  A great restaurant located conveniently right off the rear of the building finished our night. When my wife and I planned a trip to NY this month, this hotel was the obvious spot to stop. Again, we were pleasantly greeted.  The room was roomy, well appointed and extra clean. The lobby is a comfortable resting place, and has a "Grab 'n Go" area, good for late night cravings. The exterior of the hotel is attractive and inviting.  All in all, an enlightening experience to encounter while traveling.

This is one of the better Comfort Suites we have been in for awhile. Very inviting from the time you enter. The front desk personal was very attentive and quick on check in. Gave great places for dinner. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Spacious yes but not clean.  Old.  Shower had huge crack  in wall.  Old dirty silver faucets. Sheets on bed were all wrinkly and towels were thin and dingy. Yuk.   Gave it a 2 star because the girl at the desk was sweet.

Very comfortable hotel.  My only complaint with the room was the part with the tub/toilet.  It didn't seem as modern as the rest and there was quite a bit of mold around the tub/floor joint.  The breakfast was pretty standard fare.  The staff were very friendly and there is a brewery/brick oven pizza restaurant a short walk across the parking lot.  They let us park our motorcycles under the entrance overhang.  Very thoughtful.

Me and 7 of my friends stayed here for a weekend (3 nights). Firstly, we had to switch rooms because the first room’s bathroom was dirty, but the second room smelt like cigarettes. We didn’t complain to this because we didn’t want to be more of an inconvenience. The first day they did not clean the room at all! We came back and it was exactly the way we left it. The second day they cleaned the room but not the bathroom and they did not take out the trash. We had to take out the trash ourselves. When we were leaving we packed up all the garbage in garbage bags and piled the towels. I went back to get water and the lady on the phone was talking about “excessive cleaning”. The ONLY thing they had to do was take out the garbage! That’s it! They never cleaned our bathroom!! IF YOU ARE BLACK!!! DON’T STAY HERE! I know for sure I won’t be going back! Housekeeping sucks! They’re bath tubs look like they haven’t been changed since they built the place and the service is trash! Don’t do it! Wish I could do zero stars but I can’t... good luck hotel searching!
