The location is very convenient relative to Interstate 26. We were among a large group of evacuees from hurricane Irma, but they still managed to find us room. It looks like it is a relatively new facility. We were very impressed with the look immediately. This location has small indoor pool, a fitness center, laundry facilities, breakfast, grills, and a little marketplace. The lobby is spacious and nice looking. Our room has a pull out mattress which allowed our sons to have individual beds. It also contains a microwave, a mini fridge, cable TV, WiFi, and a lot more places to charge/plug in devices. The service was decent as well. If their prices were better, it would make me more likely to choose Comfort Suites.

The room was fine, nothing fancy. The thing I have a problem with is when I made my reservation I was asked if I need a roll away bed or a crib. I stated I needed a crib. I made my reservation a week or 2 in advance, it was a last minute stay. Upon arrival I had to remind the front desk that I needed the crib, the response was "oh yeah you're that one" then I waited and was told they only had ONE crib on the property and someone else got it 3 days before me and hadn't brought I back! So I had no bed for my baby. We had a 2 bedroom room, my husband and I, our 2 older children, and then the baby. Luckily we were able to borrow a pack n play from a friend who lived there. I expected to get a phone call before check in so I could have planned another sleeping arrangement for my baby.  Just not professional at all!

We were happy to find it when evacuating for hurricane irma. Clean pool and exercise rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was great and staff was great. I saw a huge staff called in to deal with all of the evacuees checking out. One elevator broke and the ladies room in the lobby had a toilet with a bad seal. It rocked very badly and scared me the first time I used it. Overall our 2 day stay was worth the money.

Staff was very friendly. After we checked out Shay was kind enough to mail out my s.o's ring that he mistakenly left behind. We really appreciated that! Unfortunately there was no hot water which was a definite bummer being as we had been on the road for 2 days. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The staff in Clinton South Carolina was really kind. I was a Florida resident evacuating from hurricane Irma and was so relieved when I found a room after a long search across the whole state. The bed was super comfortable and rest much needed. I was told several times to please contact them if I needed anything. Breakfast wasnt too bad either.
