Bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and clean.  All of the staff were extremely friendly.  Breakfast was good, with a nice variety.  We will definitely stay at this property again if we are in the Topeka KS area, and would recommend this property to others staying the in area.

Nice, spacious room. But it was infested with beetles. I complained to the front desk and he was rather subdued about it, citing recent rain storms. He said they might get the room sprayed same day but I doubt it as there was even more beetles in our room the second night. Parking is horrible for trucks, trailers, etc. You also can't drive around the hotel, which is super inconvenient for big vehicles. Breakfast is standard. A little above average with two choices of waffle batter and they had tator tots and shredded cheese to go with the eggs and bacon (bacon was crisp which is unusual for hotel breakfasts). They also forgot to load our keys for two nights so we had to get our keys recharged the second night although we had paid up front for two nights. This would have been 3 stars if not for the bug issue. Not fond of bug issues when I'm paying for a clean, pest free room.

Clean installations.
Friendly staff.
Tasty breakfast.
Internet coverage is not very big. Once connected the speed is good.
