While check in was difficult (they upped the price for a king size room after we booked a double) and they fixed the error after some arguing, the rest of the stay was ok. They also stated the pool was heated and it clearly was not. Breakfast was adequate with multiple hother and cold choices. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

Family and I stayed here for my new wife and I's wedding. We were able to sleep there and it was ok but that's about it. Other people's leftovers still in the fridge, the pull out mattress was disgusting and paper thin and had to go get our own sheets. After my wedding, our room's AC wasn't working. Definitely not a great experience, staff was ok. 

If it weren't for my nervousness for the weekend and happiness I probably would have been much more pissed.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious and the location was great. It was comfortable as if I were in the comfort of my own home. The hot breakfast was great. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a fine value. A little more than some, but overall better value. Place is clean and very well run. Steakhouse within walking distance and it is good. The best part is the woman who does the breakfast. Her name is Velma. I remembered her from a stay three years ago. She told me she has been there nine years and her daughter works there as well. She could not be more gracious and effective. You folks have a real gem there - don't let her get away! I will stay no place else when in Palm Bay - period.

Great place, has a pool open from dawn to dusk, and excersize room, a business computer and printer along with 3 or so meeting rooms. Breakfast with waffles you make, cereal, bread like products, etc. The rooms are of good size. But the TV doesn't have the best programs
