Loved the interior, not really a wine drinker so that aspect was lost on me but had local tap list. Good service, superb food, open kitchen and great view of the impressive wood stove.  We ended up moving inside and they were fine with that.  In short, excellent experience and a great price for it.   Food cooked in a woodstove always has character, and this place has the digs to match.

We came to Taos for knee replacement surgery. But the highlight was Common Fire. Andy Lynch treated us like friends, the place settings were understated 2spot in, the foodis delightfully world weary and wonderful. A place to linger and savor.  A dining experience that is rare and savored. Thank you.

Excellent food, awesome setting, great service!  Everything is prepared is a large wood burning over that is on display in the corner of the restaurant.  The menu is diverse and interesting.  The pork and noodle soup was good as were the flatbreads and roasted garlic.  Andy, the owner, was beyond friendly and accommodating and the staff was attentive and hospitable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back!

Really, a total delightful. The food was imaginative, brilliantly presented and totally delicious. The service was wonderful. Andy, thank you again.
