Over all storage units are decent. But I was lied to and now my entire opinion is changed. I was paying for 2 months of storage (1 was late because we were out of town). Our monthly fee should be $45. I paid $100. Which would’ve covered rent and the lady at the desk told me it was fine to pay that since that’s what I had in cash. She said there was an $18 fee on my account but it wouldn’t affect my access to the unit. Then she said she would go take off the lock. 2 weeks later and our unit is locked. I call and the same lady told me that the money I paid went to fees  and didn’t fully cover rent so the $18 became 36$. And would continue to increase. She said “her assistant” told me different but it was her. She was also condescending when I called saying “you shouldn’t have paid late.” As if things don’t happen. For the condition of the units and customer service this place isn’t worth it. It’s also very dirty and not weather protected.
