"Kay" is rude and hateful. I show up with a smile on my face and leave upset. She needs to learn how to smile and drop t at the door. Every client of theirs should be treated equally.

I LOVE CBT! They have made it so easy to work with them. They are personable, helpful, and have free checking!! I love the hometown feel. They recognized me after my first visit and always go above and beyond to meet my needs.

They lost a paycheck that I deposited at the ATM. Denied it for a week, after a couple of phone calls a day. After about a week of this, my check magically appeared. I closed my savings account shortly after because they showed a non-existent withdraw of $300.
