I've had an excellent experience with Community Choice. The online banking works great in conjunction with other service centers for when I'm up at college or traveling. Whenever I've encountered a problem such as incorrect charges it has been quickly resolved. Always friendly, the staff even remembers my name. The popcorn in the lobby is a nice bonus too!

I moved my account over to Community Choice because I was tired of dealing with the 'Big Bank' I used previously. To be honest, I've had more troubles with CC in one year than I had with the 15+ years of my previous bank combined. Both their ATM's and eBanking service will go down randomly. Employees have been unresponsive over email. And I've been charged fees that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. Overall, I've been very disappointed in this bank.
