The staffs were polite and kind, so was the dentist himself. When I got my tooth remove, it wasn't painful at all. He treated me gently and; he and the staff, gave me amazing and easy to understand information about taking care of the open wound in my gum. I did like this place; however, the waiting time was really lengthy. I got in as an emergency patient around 6:45a.m. and I eventually got chosen around 9a.m. That is a huge waiting time then expected, especially when I'm dealing with God awful pain. Also, trying to get an appointment is a bit of a struggle too. I have another appointment soon but they keep pushing it further... like my appointment in September and now its in November. And that is for fillings so that my tooth doesn't decays badly like my previous one.

I was a patient at the 1231 Candelaria Community Dental Services office and received a letter it would no longer be open. Decided to call after waiting to receive a call from the 2116 Hinkle SE, Community Dental Services to reschedule November 8, 2016 cleaning appointment. I was told someone would call back to arrange an appointment which was a month ago. I never receive that call, plus I thought the receptionist was impatient and rude. I've since decided to go with a dental plan and seek reliable dental care without having to wait five months between appointments. I understand they are probably under staff, underfunded and overwhelmed but rude and poor service is inexcusable.

it took forever to get an appointment. After months of waiting I finally got in just to get there and be informed, by a sign on the wall, that there is a mandatory 20.00 copay. This is a low income clinic. No one bothered to let me know that there would be a minimum 20.00 copay
