I went in to check out a used 2015 Ford Fusion, I met with Ashley Bishop who is a Customer Care Rep there. She had the car ready and waiting for me to take a test drive and get a good feel for whether this was the I was looking for. Of course, 5 minutes into driving it I was ready to take it right home. When we arrived back at the dealership from the test drive, we went to get paperwork drawn up to purchase the car, Ashley made sure we were taken care of through the entire process. Now I can say I'm the proud owner of a 2015 Ford Fusion, and it was a pretty painless process all thanks to the friendly staff at Community Ford Bloomington, as well as Ashley!

I recently worked with Harry S. at Community Ford and he did an outstanding job. He is a very personable, fun and professional salesman. He genuinely listened to my preferences/concerns and helped place me in a vehicle that best suited my needs. All of the staff at Community Ford related to me as a person and not a dollar sign. I truly appreciate the way they worked with me and I will return for my next vehicle purchase.

From the moment Adam greeted us in the parking lot we felt welcomed. Adam is not your “typical” car salesman. He was available for questions without the high pressure pushy sales vibe. He set us up to test drive two Lincoln’s and we immediately fell in love with this high quality luxury vehicle. I am the first to admit I am rather particular but the team at Community Ford Lincoln was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted (and never once tried to push a car on the lot that didn’t meet my wish list). We purchased a Lincoln MKZ and truly appreciate everyone who helped us find our dream car. Thank you most of all to Adam but also to Jeff and Eric as well. You all have given us a truly wonderful experience. We highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from this team of quality professionals.

Great experience! Left very satisfied. Ashley Bishop was our Salesperson and she was very friendly and had such a positive attitude. Will definitely refer her to anyone I know wanting to buy!

Update 2/10/18 Previously I had some below average service here. But I'm happy to say my experience has significantly improved. They did my oil change and multi-point inspection in a reasonable amount of time.
