This place is the WORST. My wisdom teeth came in impacted and caused an infection on both sides of my mouth which constantly causes me pain. My first appointment was in April of 2016 and their x-ray machine was broken, so I had to wait 45 minutes for them to fix it, then another 30 standing there at the machine while they figured out how to use it (it took them 3 tries). That was just an exam, then my other appointment in February of 2017 where I went in and even though they gave me a card telling me to come in, it wasn't scheduled. So then they rescheduled it for May, which when I came in the doctor decided to take a vacation so my appointment was cancelled and I had no idea. They lied to me about sending a cancellation letter and didn't even TRY calling either phone on my record to tell me. So now they scheduled it for august, for just a basic exam which I already had. It has been over a year. I am still in pain. My wisdom teeth are turning black in some areas and this is all I can afford. I am never coming back and I hope anyone who sees this or has had any scenarios like mine doesn't go as well.

I'm one of those people that have slipped through every crack in every system. I'm in my early to mid 30's now and I feel like I'm in my 60's to 70's. Been to two appointments so far. All I can say is I Love This Place. I'm a pretty straight forward person. I really appreciate their facilities, my doctor Amberly Halbert, another Male doctor saw me last minute & saved me from the server pain that Everett Clinic inflicted on me. They have helped me and my daughter with our migraines. They referred me to specialists right away. They're addressing my issues (that nobody would since I was 18). I cannot wait to see what all they can do to help me get out of some of this pain I've been going through for almost 20 years. Thought it was a great place. But anything to make a person go through hell, they sure do for me. Prescribing me many different forms I anti-inflammatories and having the need to take them all the same time plus other stuff that I'm allergic to and because I couldn't remember the reactions and I had to had me retake it again. Legs and feet and hips and half my body was so swollen I couldn't get it in any item of clothing had to go to the hospital. I was told to quit taking all these new medications and to go back on what I was taken I explained out that CHC refuses to give me any normal meds. Make an appointment for something more than they just want to specialize or see you in one thing when you need help with two things. How many times I've been ignoring on issues. Got a perfect place to walk in and see druggies Arlington that sell all their pills for heroin and meth sitting there happy as hell. So now me and my eleven-year-old daughter have no doctor again & s*** insurance. We should have stayed at Everett Clinic

As someone with no medical insurance I was so pleased to find CHC as an affordable place to find a new Doctor. I saw Dr Parmar and she was fantastic! So patient and kind. RoxAnn at the front desk was wonderful at explaining all of my paperwork and offered my daughter a free lunch after out appt from the free lunch program. Needless to say, I was happy with my choice to go here and not have to worry about not being able to afford it.

The front people suck at their jobs in the dental department. They scheduled me in the same day due to an infected wisdom tooth, told me the doc name and gave me the option of what time I wanted. I showed up and said I wasn't scheduled and had to wait up to 3hrs. I made my husband leave work which we couldn't afford to watch our kids since I couldn't find a baby sitter!!!
