Unsure why this place has such a low rating but I can only speak for dental. Every dentist I have encountered (Dr. Mizutani for my daughter and Dr. Liu for myself) is very experienced and accommodating. They always make us their priority even when it's busy. The assistants are always so kind and gentle with my daughter and comforting and diligent with myself. I can actually say now that I don't hate the dentist! My daughter loves going. One negative thing could be sometimes the front desk women could be a little cold towards us but it doesn't bother me that much

The entire staff that I've encountered here have been great, I am pregnant with a baby who can't make up it's mind to want to stay or go. Everyone: Reception, nurses, lab techs and Dr's have been on time, on point and so caring. If you're not simply Dr shopping for pills, this is a great place.

If you want free health care, you found it. You get what you pay for. The physicians here constantly have no time to deal with you. They want you out the door as fast as possible. Same goes for the dentistry unit downstairs. My experience with Dr. Dulce, the dentist, was unreal. I wont go in to too much detail but she fixed 2 cavities for me and my teeth weren't fully numb. I said multiple times that I felt the drilling in my teeth which was very painful and she didnt care. When she was done she rushed out of the room without saying a word. I have very little that is good to say about this place. A place in Shoreline does the same stuff for the same medicaid but they do it about 10 times better.

Walk ins close at 2 I got there at 2:05 because I was lost and the lady wouldn't​ make an exception for me even though there was only 1 person in the lobby and I explained it was an dental emergency. Now I have to go another day with this tooth pain that's causing a headache.

They give me the run around about pain medication because I had a contract with a pain management but was ok by doctor and the call center person did not input the notes from the call from my doctor
