The optometrist is very nice but the turn around time is ridiculous. I got my exam done on July 20 and til this date I still do not have my glasses. I was informed that it only takes 10-13 business days however they did not come in on time. I went there on August 16 just for them to inform me that the glasses are still not in and since it's back to school time they may just need another week to come in. I was understanding you know maybe that's true that is a reasonable explanation. However, today is August 31 it's been over a month and I just went in the office and still no glasses. The young lady looked in the system to see what's the process however they just noticed that the warehouse has not did NO ACTION done towards even doing my glasses. She called the optometrist which then looked in her system and still it states NO ACTION done. They apologized and said that they have to email them to see why they have not started on my glasses because this is the longest it has every taken I am the only person who glasses has taken this long. She did state it took others around 20 days but not this long. Plus it takes 48 hours for them to even email the optometrist back with a reply on why REALLY!!! The optometrist is a very nice lady but please don't go there unless you plan on waiting over a month just to get your glasses. I never seen a medical doctor or dentist at this location so don't judge them off of my post. THIS IS FOR THE TURN AROUND TIME AFTER SEEING THE OPTOMETRIST!

I just love the people here and my pcp is Dr. Frank Serano. I was always scared to go to the doctor because I fealt like my old pcps didnt care much of my health but this place was closer to me and everyone is really nice and Dr. Frank is always straight to the point to get me back to being healthy
