CLSEPA was founded in 2002 by community members who were determined to bring legal resources into a region plagued by poverty, crime, and economic decay.
Today, CLSEPA has grown to over 40 staff members and provides transformative legal services to thousands. However, our community still faces tremendous challenges.
Everyday, community members are evicted, deported and defrauded. CLSEPA is here to fight for them and to create lasting change.
