I wouldn't even take my dog 🐶 there . Dr. Morrison ,Susan , my legs are swollen and you wouldn't even give me water 💦 pills, my arthritis hurts when it's cold you won't do nothing your a primary Dr....shame on you

I wouldn't even give these people one star! The staff is rude. There's no point in scheduling appointments here cuz they are scheduled months out from when u need to be seen. I told them which pharmacy to send my prescription to and of course it wasn't there. I called and they told me they sent it to my old pharmacy so I had to wait till the next day due to missing my chance cuz of work to pick up prescription and guess what!? Its not here where they said it would be. Plus the lady who told me it was here was rude and acted like I was dumb for not knowing. Now I'm on the phone with them and of course with another rude representative

Service here is mediocre. The most frustrating is scheduling appointments. It literally takes months to try to get an appointment. In one breath, after the doctor's visit, staff tells me they don't have the calendar to schedule an advance appointment; however, when I call to schedule an appointment, they don't have appointments available until minimum of 2-3 months later. Stupid.

You have to wait months at a time to try to see the same doctor. Some of the office staff are really rude, which is really  disheartening  if you're feeling ill. Even just calling takes a long time to get a hold  of anyone. The waits in the waiting room take a couple hours at least before you're  placed in a room to wait another hour and when the doctor  finally sees you, they're  in a big hurry to get you out the door. There are plenty of friendly office people and I haven't  met an unfriendly  nurse or rna, but it seems  like this clinic is taking on more patients than they can handle to the point that they can't offer quality care. I've been with them about  a year and I'm changing  providers.
